Job Description


Position Overview:

The housekeeper is responsible for supporting general hotel and resort operations by cleaning villas and rooms while maintaining brand and resort quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and reset guest bedroom and bathroom areas according to established standards.
  • Organize and stock cleaning cart and organize linen closets on floors assigned.
  • Complete accurately, and in a timely manner, any assigned paperwork.
  • Communicate with Supervisors and management to receive assistance when necessary to accomplish daily workload. Housekeepers must also respond to any guest's questions, complaints, comments, and requests and if needed, take action immediately to accommodate the guest needs.
  • Perform various other duties as needed or requested by management.

Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping experience within a hotel or resort environment (6 months preferred)
  • Must be able to communicate (speak, read, write and understand) the primary language utilized within the workplace
