Position Overview:

The Access Sales Representative is responsible for generating maximum revenue by offering vacation packages to qualified leads.


  • Contributes to achieving overall site VPG, closing percentage at budget levels, as set by sales management.
  • Achieves individual established performance guidelines within established time frames.
  • Provides customer service to guest as specified in training and direction of management.
  • Maintains the highest level of company/competition product knowledge by attending all required training sessions.
  • Adheres to all established policies and procedures, and position requirements for licensures, certifications, etc.


  • 1+ years’ experience in Vacation Ownership Sales or Exit Sales preferred
  • Proven track record of success in Sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasiveness skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and coaching and development skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.
  • Ability to influence, inspire and lead teams effectively.
