Job Description


Position Summary:

  • At Hyatt Residence Club, the Sales Manager manages and directs the on-site sales team through coaching, training, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices. The Sales Team Manager is also responsible for generating maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.

    Responsibilities:

  • Implement the overall sales and management strategy, specifically the overall selling process and commitment to closing escrow on all sales
  • Properly implement sales meetings, staff meetings and performance evaluation process and guidelines
  • Lead by example, specifically provide direction in developing the management and leadership skills of the management team

Requirements:

  • Proven timeshare sales experience required
  • Must be self-motivated and have an enthusiastic personality
  • Must have active real estate license in the State of Florida
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prefer selling, negotiating, business writing and presentation skills training
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
