Job Description


Responsible for:

  • The creation and management of local marketing programs.
  • On-site review and support of program implementation and success at all off site marketing locations.
  • Development and oversight of all offsite programs
  • Identify key off site lead generation locations and manage offsite locations.
  • Additional special projects as directed by the Director of Marketing and National Director of Onsite Marketing.
  • Recruitment, performance management, training and development of marketing teams as well as individual tour production.

Program(s) include, however are not limited to the following:

  • Owner Referral Program
  • Offsite Marketing Program
  • Offsite Hotel Marketing Program

Job requirements

The position requires a skill set to include:

  • The ability to book qualified timeshare tours
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Being present at multiple marketing locations daily
  • A high level of organization and self-initiative
  • Excellent computer skills required
  • Ability to work and thrive in a multi-resourced environment.
  • Energy and ability to build a corporate team environment that strengthens the department's growth and abilities.
  • Must be able to work Weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Must always represent the brand in a positive manner.
