Position Overview:

The Front Office Associate is responsible for providing guests accommodations in accordance with the policies and procedures of the resort while meeting guests needs, answering phones, answering guest questions and assisting with any customer service issues.


  • Display attentive and gracious hospitality to our external customers (guests) and internal customers (team members and co-workers).
  • Refer guest issues to management when appropriate.
  • Keep abreast of Resort amenities and facilities.
  • Beware of Safety/Security issues as it pertains to guests, co-workers, and about personal safety and security of resort.
  • Respond to our guests' questions, complaints, comments, and requests in a courteous and professional manner, or refer to management if necessary.
  • Utilize hospitality service standards and display positive behaviors.


  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • The ideal candidate is available to work all shifts without restrictions
