Job Description


Executes the sales closing process by presenting the appropriate approved pricing and options to provide guests with the opportunity to own the finest vacation experience. Presents owners & guests with the opportunity to own the finest vacation experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepares each day to meet guests in a professional manner.

2. Achieves established sales goals within established time frames; establishes commitment to goals, self and the Company.

3. Presents the sales information according to training specifications and direction of management.

4. Uses approved sales materials effectively and exclusively.

5. Presents appropriate pricing, inventory, and options in accordance with specified guidelines.

6. Execute the sales closing process according to training specifications and direction of management and conforming to the financial needs of the guest.

7. Responsible for resolving sales issues during closing. Follows all approved sales closing procedures.

8. Completes all appropriate new owner closing documentation as required.

9. Rides with Sales Reps and critiques their sales presentations.

10.Orients new reps to the closing process.

11.Greets each guest in a warm and friendly manner, while providing customer service to guests as specified in training and direction of management.

12.Maintains the highest level of company/competition product knowledge by attending all required training sessions.

13.Adheres to all established Sales and corporate policies and procedures.

14.Completes other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Timeshare sales and closing experience is required.

2. Must have an active Florida Real Estate License.

3. Excellent communication skills are required.
