Field Marketing Representative

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

As a Field Marketing Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote brand awareness & use sales techniques to qualify and encourage potential vacation owners to tour one of our local resorts.

How Will You Do It? After you’ve successfully completed our training program, you will work within one of our field locations that are stationed throughout Key West. While creating interest about Hyatt Residence Club Vacation Ownership Packages, you will qualify interested owners and offer premiums in exchange for their time to view our property. You will wrap up the experience by coordinating the tour reservation for the guest and ensure all appropriate paperwork such as guest invitations are accurately completed.

Requirements:

  • A professional and pleasant personality
  • Customer service experience
  • A competitive spirit and the ability to perform within a quota carrying environment
  • The ability to multi-task, and work as an individual without forgetting to contribute to the success of your team
  • Fluency in English (Speak, Read, Write)
  • Timeshare/Vacation Ownership experience a plus
