Job Description


This is collaborative position on the Sales and Marketing Administrative team which works closely with our Marketing Team and its Management. It includes a mix of customer service and administrative tasks.

Provide general marketing support in various administrative duties, consisting of but not limited to the following essential items:

  • Data entry for appointments
  • Assist in reviewing payroll for accuracy.
  • Assist with training and coordination of activities between Administration and Marketing staff.
  • Assist in the process of hire documents.
  • Assist Office Administrator and Marketing Manager with Sales, Administration and Marketing team relationship
  • Hiring process: Marketing Administrator should be able to assist with setting up interviews, following up with drug testing and background checks as well as collecting new-hire paper work, and other related responsibilities
  • Facilitate the communication and setup of employee ID’s for all necessary programs, premium packages and wave times in RCC
  • All collateral ordering

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Computer knowledge and competency
  • Six (6) months to one (1) year experience in administration support or customer service.
  • Working knowledge of, Microsoft Outlook, Word.
  • Flexible schedule; must be able to work the established marketing schedule, which can change at any time. Must be flexible to work holidays and weekends.
