The Hyatt Residence Club in Key West is seeking experienced vacation ownership sales professionals to join the In-House Sales team in Key West, FL. Key West is Florida’s 4th highest ranking vacation destination with an average of around 1 million visitors per year! Tourism in Key West is increasing and HRC’s sales team is growing to adjust to the large amount of tourism. Currently, we are offering temporary housing and a $3000 relocation assistance package for eligible candidates. Position Overview:

  • Responsible for selling upgrades and/or additional products and features to current Hyatt Residence Club Owners.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains the highest level of product knowledge by attending all required training sessions and departmental meetings
  • Protects and secures customer confidential information according to corporate guidelines and procedures
  • Generates maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume set forth my sales management

Requirements:

  • Active Florida Real Estate License
  • Timeshare Sales experience is required
  • Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Prefer selling, negotiating, business writing and presentation skills training
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
