Contract Support

This position requires a flexible, but committed schedule and reports directly to the Contract Manager. The duties and responsibilities of this position may vary and are not limited to the following description:

  • Communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
  • Always sustain a professional demeanor especially when working with unexpected directives associated with the servicing/seasonal demands of the position.
  • Transition from low demand to high demands tasks easily with minimal stress.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all purchasers’ information.
  • Models Hyatt Vacation Ownership Values and Principles.
  • Sustain the technological upgrades implemented within the work environment.
  • Ability to focus and filter noise distractions within an open working environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required, Associate Degree preferred

  • Strong customer service focus (1 – 3 years preferred)
  • Prior sales support experience (1 – 3 years preferred)
  • Timeshare/cashier/balancing experience (1 – 3 years preferred)
  • Possesses basic effective oral and written communication skills
  • Possesses energetic approach towards job responsibilities
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and open environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrates the ability to adapt and be flexible with unusual and changing situations
  • Computer literate
  • 45 wpm with 96% accuracy
  • Works well independently
  • Takes an objective and positive approach in performance of the job
  • CA Notary and Bond License is Required at/upon hire
