Job Description

Position Overview:

The IRD Server is responsible for providing customer service while serving food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner.


  • The IRD server will deliver all food and beverage requests to the room
  • As part of the food and beverage department, the server will pick up trays and control guest checks and secure proper payment.
  • Ensure station set up is complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage leadership team.
  • Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of IRD areas and servicing equipment.


  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a food server required
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language (English) used in the workplace.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays and a flex shift if needed
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations and policy regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated patrons.
