Job Summary

This role contributes specialized knowledge and skill in a discipline (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Operations Planning & Support, Sales & Marketing) area to support department and/or function objectives. Generally works with a moderate amount of independence, leading a junior design team in alignment with broader business objectives.

Specific Job Summary:

Responsible for brand design expertise. Ensures he/she delivers on the highest quality design solutions that meet business strategies. Works with the Creative Director, Account Director and Copy Director to ensure alignment in creative executions. Possesses solid art direction skills, and has a reputation as a great partner to internal clients by understanding client business issues and guiding clients in the right direction so the company presents quality brand messaging consistently to the consumer.

  • Works with departmental partners in ensuring the timely and accurate production and fulfillment of branded materials
  • Provides art direction to creative, fulfillment, and media teams
  • Ensures creative briefs are thorough for the design team, and meet the needs of the marketing objectives
  • Assists in managing company communications assets (images, video, communication standards)
  • Delivers accurate, successful program collateral
  • Anticipates the need for change and be able to manage through it
  • Fosters team environment
  • Establishes excellent relations across all functional areas of the business to ensure the business does not turn to outside vendors or create lower quality work

Specific Candidate Profile:

Education, College degree required


  • Minimum 5 years of solid design experience at an in-house creative department, advertising agency or similar organization
  • Branded experience preferred


  • Strong graphic design skills
