Marketing Specialist

 

The  Marketing Specialist position requires constant information being shared about the Hyatt Vacation Ownership product and operations to the Marketing team.  Marketing  Specialist  routinely works in the Marketing Office and at all Marketing Locations to have maximum exposure, to potential purchasers and the Marketing team. Specialistis are paid an hourly amount and expected to work an approximately a 40 hour work week.

Specialist  must have high energy, clear and articulate communication skills, highly personable, driven, and focused to communicate with Marketing Team Members as well as Management. Hours and locations may vary, holidays and weekends are required.

This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating a productive work environment.  Duties include, but not limited to assisting  the Marketing Department and Marketing  Managers with miscellaneous duties.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and able to work under pressure
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
  • Experience and a thorough understanding of Marketing Operations.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must have a flexible schedule due to business needs
  • Must be computer literate and be Excel and Word proficient
